How to Register

When you select a class from the CAOHC Audiometric Course Schedule page you can register yourself and/or others for the course.

To Register Multiple Students:

  1. Select the course. Scroll down to the Spaces field and from the drop-down list select the number of students to register.
  2. Enter the Student Information for each student, including yourself.
  3. Fill out the Billing Contact information.
  4. Click Submit; the registration will be submitted and you will receive an email confirming the registration submission. Be sure to check your spam folders if you do not immediately see the email.

To Register yourself:

  1. Select the course. Scroll down to the Spaces field and select “1” from the drop-down list.
  2. Enter the Student Information for yourself.
  3. Enter the Billing Contact information. This may be a repeat of your own information.
  4. Click Submit. The registration will be submitted and you will receive an email confirming the registration submission. Be sure to check your spam folders if you do not immediately see the email.

Payment Information

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be contacted by phone for payment. If you choose to pay by check, please mail the total amount due to:
